Your Responsibilities

Do you want to help ensure that our training programs maintain high quality and that the organization has the right skills in the right place? We are now looking for a structured, driven, and collaborative training coordinator for a short-term assignment.

About the Role

As a training coordinator, you will be responsible for both long-term and short-term planning as well as scheduling of our training programs. You are a key person in structuring, coordinating, and further developing the training processes and work closely with both internal subject matter experts and external training providers. The role entails overall responsibility – from planning and administration to follow-up and quality development.

Tasks

  • As a training coordinator, you will among other things:

  • Independently plan and schedule training sessions with a focus on quality and effective resource utilization

  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with external training providers and internal trainers (bookings, quotes, setups, and times)

  • Ensure that training sessions have the right venues, technology, refreshments, and prepared materials

  • Be responsible for participant administration such as invitations, lists, confirmations, and attendance tracking

  • Administer training documentation and follow up on quality through evaluations and improvement measures

  • Drive and contribute to continuous improvements in working methods within training planning and supplier collaboration

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education in pedagogy, HR, administration, or a similar field

  • Documented experience in training planning and/or scheduling

  • Experience with supplier contacts and collaboration with internal trainers

  • Very good organizational and administrative skills

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience with SAP, planning tools, or digital training platforms/LMS

The position is initially a consulting assignment through us at Skill. This means you are employed by us at Skill and have your assignment at Siemens Energy in Finspång. The initial assignment length is approximately 4 months with a possible extension.
